Condenser Fan

The job of the condenser fan is to blow air across the condenser to assist with the dissipation of heat absorbed from the cabin.

While condenser fans are common in most vehicles, some vehicles do not have a specific condenser fan, relying instead on the radiator fan alone.

The condenser fan in normally designed to come on with the air conditioning system, and will be idle at other time. A failed condenser fan can result in substandard performance from your air conditioning system.
